Head of Digital Products - Catalonia Digital SLDeployment frequency tripled. Incident rate halved. Exactly the direction we wanted.
The knowledge transfer at the end of the project was notably good. Too many vendors see handover as a tick-box exercise. This team ran structured sessions, produced documentation our internal team actually references, and spent real time making sure we understood the architecture decisions well enough to maintain and extend the system independently. Six months later we are doing exactly that without needing to go back to them for every question.
Project summary
Our clinic management system and patient app had never integrated cleanly. The manual workaround had become a daily operational burden that the engineering team had run out of ways to patch.

Co-Founder & CTO - TechLyon SASAnalytics foundation that will support our growth for years without a rebuild
We handed them an aggressive deadline, a complex scope, and a client-side team that was stretched and not always available when they needed us. They handled that gracefully. They were precise about what they needed and when they needed it. Where they could proceed independently they did. The delivery landed on time in spite of the constraints we added. I regard that as strong evidence of genuine professional maturity — not just capability.

Our internal team was committed to maintenance and could not absorb a new build of this complexity. An external partner was the only way to hit the timeline.

VP of Technology - Amazônia Digital LtdaProposal matched the outcome. That alignment is rarer than vendors acknowledge.
I have been through several technology implementations in my career. The pattern I am used to is: detailed proposal, optimistic timeline, scope creep, overrun, excuses at the end. This engagement broke that pattern at every stage. The timeline was realistic from the start. Changes were managed through process. The final delivery matched what was agreed. Simple, but uncommon.

A new product line required underwriting logic that our legacy system could not support without a rewrite of the rules engine. The workarounds had accumulated to the point of being unmanageable.

Head of Engineering - Outback Data SolutionsSecurity posture went from liability to competitive differentiator in one engagement
The technical quality is the obvious thing to highlight. The automated test suite is comprehensive, the deployment pipeline is solid, and the documentation is actually useful rather than written to satisfy a checklist. But the metric I keep coming back to is what has NOT happened since go-live. No 2am incident calls. No emergency patches. No post-launch retrospectives about what went wrong. For a system of this complexity, that outcome is exactly what we paid for.

Post-pandemic buyer behaviour had shifted heavily to online. Our digital infrastructure had not kept pace with that shift and it was showing in our inquiry volumes.

Senior Product Manager - Harbor Point ConsultingPositive ROAS in the first full campaign cycle. We did not expect it quite that quickly.
What I appreciated most was that they were honest when things were not going to plan. There was one point mid-project where a dependency was going to affect our timeline and they told us three weeks before it would have become critical. That gave us time to adjust. Vendors who manage upward proactively are rare. This one did it consistently throughout the engagement.
