Rupert Ashford
Director of eCommerce - Hargrove Retail PLCEvery milestone hit. Every commitment met. No excuses, just delivery.
The technical quality is the obvious thing to highlight. The automated test suite is comprehensive, the deployment pipeline is solid, and the documentation is actually useful rather than written to satisfy a checklist. But the metric I keep coming back to is what has NOT happened since go-live. No 2am incident calls. No emergency patches. No post-launch retrospectives about what went wrong. For a system of this complexity, that outcome is exactly what we paid for.

A regulatory change required us to rearchitect how we stored and processed customer call data. The timeline was set externally, not by our roadmap preferences.
Shreya Krishnaswamy
VP of Product - Luminar Tech Pvt LtdProposal matched the outcome. That alignment is rarer than vendors acknowledge.
We received proposals from six vendors. Four of them quoted us prices that bore no relationship to the actual scope. This team came back with something realistic and then delivered against it exactly. I have worked on enough technology projects to know that the gap between what is proposed and what is delivered is where trust gets destroyed. There was no gap here. What was promised is what we got, and the ongoing relationship we have built from this is something we intend to continue.

Years of incremental development had left us with a platform that was functional but limiting. A structured rebuild was the agreed path forward.
Marcin Lewandowski
Engineering Manager - Kraków Digital Sp zooWe went from arguing about the numbers to acting on them. The platform made that possible.
I have been through several technology implementations in my career. The pattern I am used to is: detailed proposal, optimistic timeline, scope creep, overrun, excuses at the end. This engagement broke that pattern at every stage. The timeline was realistic from the start. Changes were managed through process. The final delivery matched what was agreed. Simple, but uncommon.

Our connected vehicle platform was accumulating telemetry data from a growing EV fleet with no clean way to act on it. We needed both the infrastructure and the analytics layer.
Charlotte Nevill
Head of Product - Croydon Digital Agency LtdFirst AR project we have shipped where the frame rate held across every device we tested
Our stakeholder group was unusually broad — board sponsors, operational users, compliance leads, and an IT team with strong opinions. I have watched vendors handle that kind of environment badly. This team adjusted how they communicated depending on who they were talking to, managed expectations honestly when things shifted, and delivered something that each group considers a success. Getting everyone to agree on that outcome was not straightforward and they deserve credit for making it happen.
Project summary
A failed engagement the previous year had made us more rigorous about vendor selection. We took the time to find a partner we actually trusted before we committed.
Lynne Robichaud
Director of Product - Atlantic Digital CorpFirst vendor to explain the model clearly enough that our non-technical leadership got it
We went with a smaller team than we had originally planned for. I had concerns about whether the capacity would be sufficient given our timeline. Those concerns were unfounded. The team was focused, communication was constant, and the quality at each milestone review was consistent throughout. Smaller does not mean slower when the people are the right ones and this engagement proved that.

Telehealth demand had turned a pilot into a core service line faster than our technology could keep up. We needed a compliant, reliable platform and we needed it quickly.
