Code and Visual Reviews

Sarah Kimball
Product Manager - Clearpath Health SolutionsSecurity findings explained clearly to our non-technical board. Genuinely uncommon.
We went with a smaller team than we had originally planned for. I had concerns about whether the capacity would be sufficient given our timeline. Those concerns were unfounded. The team was focused, communication was constant, and the quality at each milestone review was consistent throughout. Smaller does not mean slower when the people are the right ones and this engagement proved that.

The business case had been approved but the internal resource to execute it had not materialised. External delivery was the pragmatic solution.

Director of Technology - Azteca Digital SA de CVInfrastructure-as-code that our team uses as a reference example internally
We received proposals from six vendors. Four of them quoted us prices that bore no relationship to the actual scope. This team came back with something realistic and then delivered against it exactly. I have worked on enough technology projects to know that the gap between what is proposed and what is delivered is where trust gets destroyed. There was no gap here. What was promised is what we got, and the ongoing relationship we have built from this is something we intend to continue.

A new product line required underwriting logic that our legacy system could not support without a rewrite of the rules engine. The workarounds had accumulated to the point of being unmanageable.

Chief Technology Officer - Nordic Cloud ABEditorial team adopted it without a single support escalation. That is a first.

Warehouse management errors were accumulating at a rate our clients could see. A proper WMS was the agreed fix — we needed a development partner who had built one before.

Chief Technology Officer - Windmill Tech BVReporting clarity that changed how our sales leadership plans the quarter
Looking back, what strikes me most is how little drama there was. Real technology projects have problems. This one had them too — but every problem was flagged before it became a crisis, every scope change was handled through a proper process, and every risk was managed rather than buried. Our project manager said it was the smoothest vendor engagement he had been involved in. Given how complex the technical requirements were, I think that reflects genuine delivery maturity.

Years of incremental development had left us with a platform that was functional but limiting. A structured rebuild was the agreed path forward.
Lachlan Vickers
Co-Founder - Ironbark Software Pty LtdOur engineering team reviewed the handover codebase and was impressed. That rarely happens.
What I appreciated most was that they were honest when things were not going to plan. There was one point mid-project where a dependency was going to affect our timeline and they told us three weeks before it would have become critical. That gave us time to adjust. Vendors who manage upward proactively are rare. This one did it consistently throughout the engagement.

Our product thinking was strong. Our execution capacity in this specific domain was limited. We needed deep expertise, not a generalist willing to learn on our time.
