Head of Platform Engineering - Harbour Digital BVWe went from arguing about the numbers to acting on them. The platform made that possible.
The platform has been live for six months and is handling three times the transaction volume we scoped for. That is not because we underestimated — it is because the architecture choices made during discovery were genuinely forward-thinking. Most vendors design for exactly what you tell them. This team designed for what you are likely to need. We are already scoping the next phase and there was no question about who we would use.
Project summary
The project had a board-level visibility date. We needed a partner who would treat the deadline as their own.

Product Manager - Reef Digital Pty LtdA DevOps engagement that changed both the tooling and the culture
Looking back, what strikes me most is how little drama there was. Real technology projects have problems. This one had them too — but every problem was flagged before it became a crisis, every scope change was handled through a proper process, and every risk was managed rather than buried. Our project manager said it was the smoothest vendor engagement he had been involved in. Given how complex the technical requirements were, I think that reflects genuine delivery maturity.

The business case had been approved but the internal resource to execute it had not materialised. External delivery was the pragmatic solution.

Director of Operations - Stonebridge Capital LLC99.97% uptime since go-live. Our SRE team finally sleeps.
I have been through several technology implementations in my career. The pattern I am used to is: detailed proposal, optimistic timeline, scope creep, overrun, excuses at the end. This engagement broke that pattern at every stage. The timeline was realistic from the start. Changes were managed through process. The final delivery matched what was agreed. Simple, but uncommon.

Grid modernisation funding required us to demonstrate demand-response capability. The ML models existed on paper — we needed an engineering partner to build and deploy them.

Chief Technology Officer - Falcon Digital VenturesComplex project, zero drama. That is how you know the project management is real.

Our product thinking was strong. Our execution capacity in this specific domain was limited. We needed deep expertise, not a generalist willing to learn on our time.
