Overview
Hatch is not a website “factory”, nor a production line. Because they focus on doing things the right way, they work on a small number of projects that generate transformational change. They only work on projects where they know there will be a ? sustained and substantial return. This is why they have spent time trying to understand the figures behind your business.

Engineering Manager - Rio Ventures LtdaReporting clarity that changed how our sales leadership plans the quarter
Looking back, what strikes me most is how little drama there was. Real technology projects have problems. This one had them too — but every problem was flagged before it became a crisis, every scope change was handled through a proper process, and every risk was managed rather than buried. Our project manager said it was the smoothest vendor engagement he had been involved in. Given how complex the technical requirements were, I think that reflects genuine delivery maturity.
Project summary
The project had a board-level visibility date. We needed a partner who would treat the deadline as their own.

Product Manager - Gangnam Ventures Co LtdCheckout completion rate improved from day one of production. Not week three — day one.
The knowledge transfer at the end of the project was notably good. Too many vendors see handover as a tick-box exercise. This team ran structured sessions, produced documentation our internal team actually references, and spent real time making sure we understood the architecture decisions well enough to maintain and extend the system independently. Six months later we are doing exactly that without needing to go back to them for every question.
Project summary
Years of incremental development had left us with a platform that was functional but limiting. A structured rebuild was the agreed path forward.

GM of Technology - Pacific Rim Commerce GroupData science team is actually productive now. First time in two years.
We received proposals from six vendors. Four of them quoted us prices that bore no relationship to the actual scope. This team came back with something realistic and then delivered against it exactly. I have worked on enough technology projects to know that the gap between what is proposed and what is delivered is where trust gets destroyed. There was no gap here. What was promised is what we got, and the ongoing relationship we have built from this is something we intend to continue.

A new public-facing service had to launch alongside a policy announcement. The timeline was fixed externally. We needed a delivery partner who would treat it the same way we did.

Chief Product Officer - Solaris Media GroupOutperformed our in-house team on every SLA we tracked from month one
The platform has been live for six months and is handling three times the transaction volume we scoped for. That is not because we underestimated — it is because the architecture choices made during discovery were genuinely forward-thinking. Most vendors design for exactly what you tell them. This team designed for what you are likely to need. We are already scoping the next phase and there was no question about who we would use.
Project summary
Digital service standards required citizen-facing systems that our inherited infrastructure simply could not meet. Remediation was not viable — the only credible path was replacement.

Head of Product Engineering - Scandia Digital ABBlack Friday traffic spike was the real test. The platform passed without a sweat.
The part of this project I had been most worried about was the integration work. Our system landscape is complex, some of the upstream APIs were barely documented, and one of our third-party vendors was notoriously slow to respond. This team documented what the upstream vendors could not, built resilience into the architecture where third-party reliability was uncertain, and delivered integrations that have worked exactly as specified since day one. I genuinely could not have asked for more.

Our LMS was built for classroom-first delivery. Hybrid learning had exposed every assumption it was built on, and student satisfaction data confirmed it.
