Overview
HQSoftware was developed by people who faced the same problems you are facing today: a shortage of developers, limited budgets and bad offshoring options. So, they built the company they wish that they could have partnered years ago, but lost investment and time trying to find the right one. They sell not hours of development - but offer solutions. In short, they are passionate about software development, alert to context, and focused on results.

Head of Digital Transformation - Arcadian Consulting LtdPositive ROAS in the first full campaign cycle. We did not expect it quite that quickly.
We went with a smaller team than we had originally planned for. I had concerns about whether the capacity would be sufficient given our timeline. Those concerns were unfounded. The team was focused, communication was constant, and the quality at each milestone review was consistent throughout. Smaller does not mean slower when the people are the right ones and this engagement proved that.
Project summary
Our aftersales digital experience was built when cars had fewer connected features. It had not aged well and customer satisfaction scores in that segment confirmed it.

Chief Technology Officer - Northumbria FinTech LtdA digital team that optimised for business outcomes, not click rates
What set this team apart in practice was their engineering judgment — specifically, their willingness to tell us when our requirements were wrong and explain what to do instead. Not every vendor does that. The consultative element elevated the final output well beyond what our original brief described. We ended up with something better than what we had asked for, which is not a sentence I expected to be writing in a review.
Project summary
Our actuarial models had outgrown the reporting infrastructure feeding them. Data latency was introducing risk into pricing decisions at a rate the business would no longer accept.

Chief Technology Officer - Nordic Cloud ABCRM that connects marketing automation to revenue data seamlessly at last
Three months post-launch our key metrics are all moving in the right direction — user adoption ahead of target, support volume down, time-on-task reduced for our core workflows. The product team has started planning features that were never viable on the previous platform. That is the real proof of the investment: it opened up possibilities rather than just replacing what was there before.
Project summary
Our compliance team had flagged gaps that needed fixing before our next regulatory review. The work was too specialist for our internal team to absorb without dropping the product roadmap entirely.
Lynne Robichaud
Director of Product - Atlantic Digital CorpDesign system that finally brought visual consistency to a product with four years of debt
The part of this project I had been most worried about was the integration work. Our system landscape is complex, some of the upstream APIs were barely documented, and one of our third-party vendors was notoriously slow to respond. This team documented what the upstream vendors could not, built resilience into the architecture where third-party reliability was uncertain, and delivered integrations that have worked exactly as specified since day one. I genuinely could not have asked for more.
Project summary
Post-pandemic buyer behaviour had shifted heavily to online. Our digital infrastructure had not kept pace with that shift and it was showing in our inquiry volumes.

Our content delivery infrastructure worked at current scale but showed clear signs it would not survive the enrolment growth our strategic plan assumed.
