Overview
Their customer approach is very straightforward but effective. Their entire staff is equally responsible for supporting their clients at all times. Since its establishment, the company has been fast growing in terms of delivery of services and customer base. The best part of ICT Solutions design includes its ability to adapt to the fast changing demands of its clients, which is a function of several factors mainly competition, economical, political and social.

Senior Product Manager - Polder SaaS BVComplex project, zero drama. That is how you know the project management is real.
The knowledge transfer at the end of the project was notably good. Too many vendors see handover as a tick-box exercise. This team ran structured sessions, produced documentation our internal team actually references, and spent real time making sure we understood the architecture decisions well enough to maintain and extend the system independently. Six months later we are doing exactly that without needing to go back to them for every question.
Project summary
B2B customer churn was concentrated in accounts that rated our self-service portal poorly. A redesign was necessary before the next wave of contract renewals.

Director of Platform - Hanam Tech SolutionsTechnically strong, commercially fair, and genuinely good to work with
Honestly, I came into this engagement with some scepticism. We had a bad experience with a vendor twelve months earlier and I wanted to see evidence of competence, not just hear about it. The discovery documentation was the first signal. The sprint delivery consistency was the second. By go-live I had stopped being sceptical and started planning how to expand the engagement. The production system has been stable from day one and our internal team loves working with the codebase they left us.
Project summary
Our clinic management system and patient app had never integrated cleanly. The manual workaround had become a daily operational burden that the engineering team had run out of ways to patch.

Chief Product Officer - Solaris Media GroupDecentralised architecture that our compliance team could actually sign off on
I have been through several technology implementations in my career. The pattern I am used to is: detailed proposal, optimistic timeline, scope creep, overrun, excuses at the end. This engagement broke that pattern at every stage. The timeline was realistic from the start. Changes were managed through process. The final delivery matched what was agreed. Simple, but uncommon.

Clients were asking for real-time campaign performance data. We were delivering reports two days after the fact. The gap was becoming a retention issue.

Years of incremental development had left us with a platform that was functional but limiting. A structured rebuild was the agreed path forward.

Head of Development - Wisła Software Sp zooClean code, solid documentation, and a site that actually converts
Looking back, what strikes me most is how little drama there was. Real technology projects have problems. This one had them too — but every problem was flagged before it became a crisis, every scope change was handled through a proper process, and every risk was managed rather than buried. Our project manager said it was the smoothest vendor engagement he had been involved in. Given how complex the technical requirements were, I think that reflects genuine delivery maturity.

Digital service standards required citizen-facing systems that our inherited infrastructure simply could not meet. Remediation was not viable — the only credible path was replacement.
