Head of Digital Strategy - Gulf FinTech HoldingsWebsite went from liability to lead driver within 90 days of launch
What I appreciated most was that they were honest when things were not going to plan. There was one point mid-project where a dependency was going to affect our timeline and they told us three weeks before it would have become critical. That gave us time to adjust. Vendors who manage upward proactively are rare. This one did it consistently throughout the engagement.

Our compliance team had flagged gaps that needed fixing before our next regulatory review. The work was too specialist for our internal team to absorb without dropping the product roadmap entirely.
Théo Beaumont
VP of Innovation - Laurentian Tech PartnersDelivered what the proposal described. More rare than it should be.
Honestly, I came into this engagement with some scepticism. We had a bad experience with a vendor twelve months earlier and I wanted to see evidence of competence, not just hear about it. The discovery documentation was the first signal. The sprint delivery consistency was the second. By go-live I had stopped being sceptical and started planning how to expand the engagement. The production system has been stable from day one and our internal team loves working with the codebase they left us.

Broker portal satisfaction scores had fallen for two consecutive years. Specific feedback pointed to the same workflow frustrations. We needed a redesign, not a patch.

Senior Engineering Manager - Fuji Software CorpThe kind of technical partnership you hope for but rarely find on the first try
We received proposals from six vendors. Four of them quoted us prices that bore no relationship to the actual scope. This team came back with something realistic and then delivered against it exactly. I have worked on enough technology projects to know that the gap between what is proposed and what is delivered is where trust gets destroyed. There was no gap here. What was promised is what we got, and the ongoing relationship we have built from this is something we intend to continue.

The business case had been approved but the internal resource to execute it had not materialised. External delivery was the pragmatic solution.

Director of Innovation - Emaar Digital GroupDeployment frequency tripled. Incident rate halved. Exactly the direction we wanted.
The platform has been live for six months and is handling three times the transaction volume we scoped for. That is not because we underestimated — it is because the architecture choices made during discovery were genuinely forward-thinking. Most vendors design for exactly what you tell them. This team designed for what you are likely to need. We are already scoping the next phase and there was no question about who we would use.

Our client portal had not been updated since 2018. Prospects were mentioning competitor portals in pitches. We could not keep deferring the investment.

Operations Director - Highland Analytics LtdComplex project, zero drama. That is how you know the project management is real.
What set this team apart in practice was their engineering judgment — specifically, their willingness to tell us when our requirements were wrong and explain what to do instead. Not every vendor does that. The consultative element elevated the final output well beyond what our original brief described. We ended up with something better than what we had asked for, which is not a sentence I expected to be writing in a review.

Our content delivery infrastructure worked at current scale but showed clear signs it would not survive the enrolment growth our strategic plan assumed.
