Overview
Their first step always is to understand the problem of customer and how they can solve it with their skills. They always propose several ways of solving the issue with as many details as they can. They think that their success and growth are the results of repeat clients and referrals from happy clients.

Product Manager - Gangnam Ventures Co LtdProposal matched the outcome. That alignment is rarer than vendors acknowledge.
I have been through several technology implementations in my career. The pattern I am used to is: detailed proposal, optimistic timeline, scope creep, overrun, excuses at the end. This engagement broke that pattern at every stage. The timeline was realistic from the start. Changes were managed through process. The final delivery matched what was agreed. Simple, but uncommon.

Our agents were managing data across four disconnected systems. The time they spent on reconciliation was time not spent with clients. The ROI case for consolidation was obvious.

VP of Innovation - Laurentian Tech PartnersSmart sensor network that paid back the project cost in under two quarters
Honestly, I came into this engagement with some scepticism. We had a bad experience with a vendor twelve months earlier and I wanted to see evidence of competence, not just hear about it. The discovery documentation was the first signal. The sprint delivery consistency was the second. By go-live I had stopped being sceptical and started planning how to expand the engagement. The production system has been stable from day one and our internal team loves working with the codebase they left us.

Our product thinking was strong. Our execution capacity in this specific domain was limited. We needed deep expertise, not a generalist willing to learn on our time.

VP of Engineering - Adriatic Tech SrlOur marketing team can now update the site without filing a ticket. Life-changing.
We went with a smaller team than we had originally planned for. I had concerns about whether the capacity would be sufficient given our timeline. Those concerns were unfounded. The team was focused, communication was constant, and the quality at each milestone review was consistent throughout. Smaller does not mean slower when the people are the right ones and this engagement proved that.

A new public-facing service had to launch alongside a policy announcement. The timeline was fixed externally. We needed a delivery partner who would treat it the same way we did.
Thabo Ndlovu
Head of Technology - Highveld Tech Pty LtdA studio that plays the games they build. It is obvious in the final product.
Our stakeholder group was unusually broad — board sponsors, operational users, compliance leads, and an IT team with strong opinions. I have watched vendors handle that kind of environment badly. This team adjusted how they communicated depending on who they were talking to, managed expectations honestly when things shifted, and delivered something that each group considers a success. Getting everyone to agree on that outcome was not straightforward and they deserve credit for making it happen.

Traceability legislation had set a compliance deadline that was not negotiable. Our supply chain system needed targeted development and we needed people who had done it before.

Co-Founder & CTO - Indus Software HouseSmooth launch, great reviews, no embarrassing bug reports from users in the first month
The part of this project I had been most worried about was the integration work. Our system landscape is complex, some of the upstream APIs were barely documented, and one of our third-party vendors was notoriously slow to respond. This team documented what the upstream vendors could not, built resilience into the architecture where third-party reliability was uncertain, and delivered integrations that have worked exactly as specified since day one. I genuinely could not have asked for more.

Our audience data sat in eight different tools with no shared identity. Personalisation was impossible without first solving that foundation problem.
