Head of Digital Products - Catalonia Digital SLTime-to-publish dropped from two days to under an hour. The team noticed immediately.
The part of this project I had been most worried about was the integration work. Our system landscape is complex, some of the upstream APIs were barely documented, and one of our third-party vendors was notoriously slow to respond. This team documented what the upstream vendors could not, built resilience into the architecture where third-party reliability was uncertain, and delivered integrations that have worked exactly as specified since day one. I genuinely could not have asked for more.
Project summary
We hit a skills gap in platform engineering just as our growth required us to move faster. Recruiting took too long. We needed an experienced external team to bridge the gap while we scaled.

Chief Digital Officer - Cerrado Tech SAFive years of siloed records are now a single analytical asset. Worth every dollar.
Honestly, I came into this engagement with some scepticism. We had a bad experience with a vendor twelve months earlier and I wanted to see evidence of competence, not just hear about it. The discovery documentation was the first signal. The sprint delivery consistency was the second. By go-live I had stopped being sceptical and started planning how to expand the engagement. The production system has been stable from day one and our internal team loves working with the codebase they left us.

OTA update orchestration for our software-defined vehicles needed to be bulletproof. The liability implications of getting it wrong were significant enough to justify specialist development.
Tariq Al-Harbi
Director of Technology - Saudi Cloud HoldingsPilot to full fleet deployment with zero redesign required along the way
We went with a smaller team than we had originally planned for. I had concerns about whether the capacity would be sufficient given our timeline. Those concerns were unfounded. The team was focused, communication was constant, and the quality at each milestone review was consistent throughout. Smaller does not mean slower when the people are the right ones and this engagement proved that.

Cross-agency data sharing had been blocked by incompatible legacy systems for four years. We needed a secure integration layer before any of the transformation projects in our roadmap could proceed.

Head of Development - Wisła Software Sp zooOur remote team now collaborates in VR daily. It changed how we work.
We received proposals from six vendors. Four of them quoted us prices that bore no relationship to the actual scope. This team came back with something realistic and then delivered against it exactly. I have worked on enough technology projects to know that the gap between what is proposed and what is delivered is where trust gets destroyed. There was no gap here. What was promised is what we got, and the ongoing relationship we have built from this is something we intend to continue.

The business case had been approved but the internal resource to execute it had not materialised. External delivery was the pragmatic solution.
Matthieu Renard
Directeur Technique - Lumière Technologies SASDelivered what the proposal described. More rare than it should be.
We handed them an aggressive deadline, a complex scope, and a client-side team that was stretched and not always available when they needed us. They handled that gracefully. They were precise about what they needed and when they needed it. Where they could proceed independently they did. The delivery landed on time in spite of the constraints we added. I regard that as strong evidence of genuine professional maturity — not just capability.

Grid modernisation funding required us to demonstrate demand-response capability. The ML models existed on paper — we needed an engineering partner to build and deploy them.
