Overview
They connect human behavior with inherent design and precise design to develop an outstanding app that people love. They believe that a great product explains an actual behavior rather of making a new one, and that design is beautiful when it works. They use a highly effective blend of user-centered design and lean startup to control all features of their product creation cycle.

Hamza Qureshi
Senior Engineering Manager - Karachi Tech SolutionsSoftware project that finished on time. Simple as that, and rarer than it should be.
The knowledge transfer at the end of the project was notably good. Too many vendors see handover as a tick-box exercise. This team ran structured sessions, produced documentation our internal team actually references, and spent real time making sure we understood the architecture decisions well enough to maintain and extend the system independently. Six months later we are doing exactly that without needing to go back to them for every question.
Project summary
Traceability legislation had set a compliance deadline that was not negotiable. Our supply chain system needed targeted development and we needed people who had done it before.
Takashi Morimoto
Director of IT Strategy - Sakura Digital KKUser research surfaced friction points we had stopped noticing. Eye-opening.
What set this team apart in practice was their engineering judgment — specifically, their willingness to tell us when our requirements were wrong and explain what to do instead. Not every vendor does that. The consultative element elevated the final output well beyond what our original brief described. We ended up with something better than what we had asked for, which is not a sentence I expected to be writing in a review.
Project summary
Years of incremental development had left us with a platform that was functional but limiting. A structured rebuild was the agreed path forward.
Zanele Dlamini
Director of Engineering - Cape Digital SolutionsPerformance testing caught a latency issue three weeks before our biggest traffic event
The part of this project I had been most worried about was the integration work. Our system landscape is complex, some of the upstream APIs were barely documented, and one of our third-party vendors was notoriously slow to respond. This team documented what the upstream vendors could not, built resilience into the architecture where third-party reliability was uncertain, and delivered integrations that have worked exactly as specified since day one. I genuinely could not have asked for more.
Project summary
The project had a board-level visibility date. We needed a partner who would treat the deadline as their own.
Amit Goldstein
VP of Product - Tel Aviv Ventures LtdFirst CMS our content team has genuinely preferred over the alternatives they used before
I have been through several technology implementations in my career. The pattern I am used to is: detailed proposal, optimistic timeline, scope creep, overrun, excuses at the end. This engagement broke that pattern at every stage. The timeline was realistic from the start. Changes were managed through process. The final delivery matched what was agreed. Simple, but uncommon.
Project summary
Our actuarial models had outgrown the reporting infrastructure feeding them. Data latency was introducing risk into pricing decisions at a rate the business would no longer accept.
Katrin Bauer
Head of Product Management - Bayern Software KGA vendor that earned a place on our preferred supplier list through delivery, not sales
What I appreciated most was that they were honest when things were not going to plan. There was one point mid-project where a dependency was going to affect our timeline and they told us three weeks before it would have become critical. That gave us time to adjust. Vendors who manage upward proactively are rare. This one did it consistently throughout the engagement.
Project summary
A failed engagement the previous year had made us more rigorous about vendor selection. We took the time to find a partner we actually trusted before we committed.
