Chief Technology Officer - Northumbria FinTech LtdAI in production within 8 weeks. The board saw it working before they approved the next phase.
The part of this project I had been most worried about was the integration work. Our system landscape is complex, some of the upstream APIs were barely documented, and one of our third-party vendors was notoriously slow to respond. This team documented what the upstream vendors could not, built resilience into the architecture where third-party reliability was uncertain, and delivered integrations that have worked exactly as specified since day one. I genuinely could not have asked for more.

A licensing agreement required us to demonstrate GxP-compliant data management to a partner's satisfaction. Our existing infrastructure failed that assessment.

Director of Engineering - GrowthBridge VenturesAd spend efficiency improved 40% without reducing reach. The targeting work was the difference.

Our aftersales digital experience was built when cars had fewer connected features. It had not aged well and customer satisfaction scores in that segment confirmed it.

SVP of Engineering - Vertex Cloud DynamicsSeven legacy systems replaced. One consolidated data model. Genuinely transformative.
Looking back, what strikes me most is how little drama there was. Real technology projects have problems. This one had them too — but every problem was flagged before it became a crisis, every scope change was handled through a proper process, and every risk was managed rather than buried. Our project manager said it was the smoothest vendor engagement he had been involved in. Given how complex the technical requirements were, I think that reflects genuine delivery maturity.

The project had a board-level visibility date. We needed a partner who would treat the deadline as their own.

VP of Data & AI - Wavefront Analytics IncHandled twelve times normal load on peak day without a single incident
I have been through several technology implementations in my career. The pattern I am used to is: detailed proposal, optimistic timeline, scope creep, overrun, excuses at the end. This engagement broke that pattern at every stage. The timeline was realistic from the start. Changes were managed through process. The final delivery matched what was agreed. Simple, but uncommon.

Head of Engineering - Outback Data SolutionsPipeline configuration that maps to how our team actually sells. Revolutionary.
We received proposals from six vendors. Four of them quoted us prices that bore no relationship to the actual scope. This team came back with something realistic and then delivered against it exactly. I have worked on enough technology projects to know that the gap between what is proposed and what is delivered is where trust gets destroyed. There was no gap here. What was promised is what we got, and the ongoing relationship we have built from this is something we intend to continue.
