VP of Engineering - Salam Digital SolutionsOutperformed our in-house team on every SLA we tracked from month one
The part of this project I had been most worried about was the integration work. Our system landscape is complex, some of the upstream APIs were barely documented, and one of our third-party vendors was notoriously slow to respond. This team documented what the upstream vendors could not, built resilience into the architecture where third-party reliability was uncertain, and delivered integrations that have worked exactly as specified since day one. I genuinely could not have asked for more.
Project summary
Time-to-market for new tariff products had become a competitive liability. Our product configuration layer was the bottleneck and it had been identified as the priority fix.
Victoria Haines
Chief Product Officer - Solaris Media GroupBlack Friday traffic spike was the real test. The platform passed without a sweat.
I have been through several technology implementations in my career. The pattern I am used to is: detailed proposal, optimistic timeline, scope creep, overrun, excuses at the end. This engagement broke that pattern at every stage. The timeline was realistic from the start. Changes were managed through process. The final delivery matched what was agreed. Simple, but uncommon.

Track-and-trace had gone from differentiator to baseline expectation in our client contracts. Our platform had neither and the gap was showing up in tender evaluations.
Niamh O'Sullivan
Director of Product - Munster Digital LtdThe outcome we needed, on the timeline we needed it, by people we would use again
Our stakeholder group was unusually broad — board sponsors, operational users, compliance leads, and an IT team with strong opinions. I have watched vendors handle that kind of environment badly. This team adjusted how they communicated depending on who they were talking to, managed expectations honestly when things shifted, and delivered something that each group considers a success. Getting everyone to agree on that outcome was not straightforward and they deserve credit for making it happen.

A failed engagement the previous year had made us more rigorous about vendor selection. We took the time to find a partner we actually trusted before we committed.
Adriana Voss
Director of Platform Engineering - Cascadia Digital VenturesPipeline configuration that maps to how our team actually sells. Revolutionary.

Cross-agency data sharing had been blocked by incompatible legacy systems for four years. We needed a secure integration layer before any of the transformation projects in our roadmap could proceed.

Product Director - Lionhead Digital Pte LtdTechnically strong, commercially fair, and genuinely good to work with

Years of incremental development had left us with a platform that was functional but limiting. A structured rebuild was the agreed path forward.
