Niamh O'Sullivan
Director of Product - Munster Digital LtdA studio that plays the games they build. It is obvious in the final product.
What set this team apart in practice was their engineering judgment — specifically, their willingness to tell us when our requirements were wrong and explain what to do instead. Not every vendor does that. The consultative element elevated the final output well beyond what our original brief described. We ended up with something better than what we had asked for, which is not a sentence I expected to be writing in a review.
Project summary
Clinical trial data management was running on a system that had been extended well past its design intent. Quality risks in that context are not acceptable — we needed a proper rebuild.

Senior Product Manager - Apex Retail Pvt LtdThe outcome we needed, on the timeline we needed it, by people we would use again
Three months post-launch our key metrics are all moving in the right direction — user adoption ahead of target, support volume down, time-on-task reduced for our core workflows. The product team has started planning features that were never viable on the previous platform. That is the real proof of the investment: it opened up possibilities rather than just replacing what was there before.

Our aftersales digital experience was built when cars had fewer connected features. It had not aged well and customer satisfaction scores in that segment confirmed it.

VP of Engineering - Shannon Tech Solutions LtdComplex project, zero drama. That is how you know the project management is real.
What I appreciated most was that they were honest when things were not going to plan. There was one point mid-project where a dependency was going to affect our timeline and they told us three weeks before it would have become critical. That gave us time to adjust. Vendors who manage upward proactively are rare. This one did it consistently throughout the engagement.

A failed engagement the previous year had made us more rigorous about vendor selection. We took the time to find a partner we actually trusted before we committed.

Director of Operations - Stonebridge Capital LLCThe kind of web build that makes you realise how bad the previous one really was
We handed them an aggressive deadline, a complex scope, and a client-side team that was stretched and not always available when they needed us. They handled that gracefully. They were precise about what they needed and when they needed it. Where they could proceed independently they did. The delivery landed on time in spite of the constraints we added. I regard that as strong evidence of genuine professional maturity — not just capability.
Project summary
Post-pandemic buyer behaviour had shifted heavily to online. Our digital infrastructure had not kept pace with that shift and it was showing in our inquiry volumes.
Takashi Morimoto
Director of IT Strategy - Sakura Digital KKHandled twelve times normal load on peak day without a single incident
Our stakeholder group was unusually broad — board sponsors, operational users, compliance leads, and an IT team with strong opinions. I have watched vendors handle that kind of environment badly. This team adjusted how they communicated depending on who they were talking to, managed expectations honestly when things shifted, and delivered something that each group considers a success. Getting everyone to agree on that outcome was not straightforward and they deserve credit for making it happen.
Project summary
Digital service standards required citizen-facing systems that our inherited infrastructure simply could not meet. Remediation was not viable — the only credible path was replacement.
