Katrin Bauer
Head of Product Management - Bayern Software KGReal-time dashboards that finance and operations both agree on. That alone was worth it.
Our stakeholder group was unusually broad — board sponsors, operational users, compliance leads, and an IT team with strong opinions. I have watched vendors handle that kind of environment badly. This team adjusted how they communicated depending on who they were talking to, managed expectations honestly when things shifted, and delivered something that each group considers a success. Getting everyone to agree on that outcome was not straightforward and they deserve credit for making it happen.

Our product thinking was strong. Our execution capacity in this specific domain was limited. We needed deep expertise, not a generalist willing to learn on our time.

Head of Digital Transformation - Arcadian Consulting LtdOur team stopped worrying about infrastructure. The value of that is hard to overstate.
The part of this project I had been most worried about was the integration work. Our system landscape is complex, some of the upstream APIs were barely documented, and one of our third-party vendors was notoriously slow to respond. This team documented what the upstream vendors could not, built resilience into the architecture where third-party reliability was uncertain, and delivered integrations that have worked exactly as specified since day one. I genuinely could not have asked for more.

We hit a skills gap in platform engineering just as our growth required us to move faster. Recruiting took too long. We needed an experienced external team to bridge the gap while we scaled.

Senior Engineering Manager - Prairie Tech Solutions IncComplex project, zero drama. That is how you know the project management is real.
Honestly, I came into this engagement with some scepticism. We had a bad experience with a vendor twelve months earlier and I wanted to see evidence of competence, not just hear about it. The discovery documentation was the first signal. The sprint delivery consistency was the second. By go-live I had stopped being sceptical and started planning how to expand the engagement. The production system has been stable from day one and our internal team loves working with the codebase they left us.

VP of Product - Brightline EdTech IncUser research surfaced friction points we had stopped noticing. Eye-opening.

Accreditation requirements had raised the bar on how we needed to document and track student progress. Our existing tools were not capable of meeting the new reporting standards.

Senior Product Manager - Harbor Point ConsultingThe advice held up six months later when circumstances changed. That is good consulting.
We handed them an aggressive deadline, a complex scope, and a client-side team that was stretched and not always available when they needed us. They handled that gracefully. They were precise about what they needed and when they needed it. Where they could proceed independently they did. The delivery landed on time in spite of the constraints we added. I regard that as strong evidence of genuine professional maturity — not just capability.

Our content delivery infrastructure worked at current scale but showed clear signs it would not survive the enrolment growth our strategic plan assumed.
