Head of Platform Engineering - Harbour Digital BVERP went live on the agreed date. Those of you who have been through ERP projects understand.
What I appreciated most was that they were honest when things were not going to plan. There was one point mid-project where a dependency was going to affect our timeline and they told us three weeks before it would have become critical. That gave us time to adjust. Vendors who manage upward proactively are rare. This one did it consistently throughout the engagement.

Our LMS was built for classroom-first delivery. Hybrid learning had exposed every assumption it was built on, and student satisfaction data confirmed it.

VP of Engineering - Salam Digital SolutionsFirst time our board, CTO, and engineering team agreed on the same technology direction
Our stakeholder group was unusually broad — board sponsors, operational users, compliance leads, and an IT team with strong opinions. I have watched vendors handle that kind of environment badly. This team adjusted how they communicated depending on who they were talking to, managed expectations honestly when things shifted, and delivered something that each group considers a success. Getting everyone to agree on that outcome was not straightforward and they deserve credit for making it happen.
Project summary
Our campaign workflow ran across twelve different tools. The reconciliation overhead was hurting both speed and accuracy, and our team was absorbing the cost.

VP of Innovation - Laurentian Tech PartnersFriday deployments used to be stressful. Now they are routine.
We received proposals from six vendors. Four of them quoted us prices that bore no relationship to the actual scope. This team came back with something realistic and then delivered against it exactly. I have worked on enough technology projects to know that the gap between what is proposed and what is delivered is where trust gets destroyed. There was no gap here. What was promised is what we got, and the ongoing relationship we have built from this is something we intend to continue.

OTA update orchestration for our software-defined vehicles needed to be bulletproof. The liability implications of getting it wrong were significant enough to justify specialist development.

Director of Innovation - Emaar Digital GroupTokenisation from whitepaper to mainnet without a single major incident
The platform has been live for six months and is handling three times the transaction volume we scoped for. That is not because we underestimated — it is because the architecture choices made during discovery were genuinely forward-thinking. Most vendors design for exactly what you tell them. This team designed for what you are likely to need. We are already scoping the next phase and there was no question about who we would use.
Project summary
Our field service management system was six years old and every limitation had been exposed by the growth in our technician headcount and job complexity.

Director of Platform Engineering - Cascadia Digital VenturesProposal matched the outcome. That alignment is rarer than vendors acknowledge.
The part of this project I had been most worried about was the integration work. Our system landscape is complex, some of the upstream APIs were barely documented, and one of our third-party vendors was notoriously slow to respond. This team documented what the upstream vendors could not, built resilience into the architecture where third-party reliability was uncertain, and delivered integrations that have worked exactly as specified since day one. I genuinely could not have asked for more.
Project summary
Our product thinking was strong. Our execution capacity in this specific domain was limited. We needed deep expertise, not a generalist willing to learn on our time.
