Chief Technology Officer - Nordic Cloud ABTokenisation from whitepaper to mainnet without a single major incident
Looking back, what strikes me most is how little drama there was. Real technology projects have problems. This one had them too — but every problem was flagged before it became a crisis, every scope change was handled through a proper process, and every risk was managed rather than buried. Our project manager said it was the smoothest vendor engagement he had been involved in. Given how complex the technical requirements were, I think that reflects genuine delivery maturity.
Project summary
Post-pandemic recovery meant reactivating a customer base that had lost the habit. We needed a platform that would make rebooking as frictionless as possible.

Co-Founder - Ironbark Software Pty LtdFirst ERP implementation in our company's history that did not require emergency remediation
What set this team apart in practice was their engineering judgment — specifically, their willingness to tell us when our requirements were wrong and explain what to do instead. Not every vendor does that. The consultative element elevated the final output well beyond what our original brief described. We ended up with something better than what we had asked for, which is not a sentence I expected to be writing in a review.
Project summary
Digital service standards required citizen-facing systems that our inherited infrastructure simply could not meet. Remediation was not viable — the only credible path was replacement.
Preet Sandhu
Senior Engineering Manager - Prairie Tech Solutions IncCross-platform build that genuinely felt native — testers could not tell the difference
Three months post-launch our key metrics are all moving in the right direction — user adoption ahead of target, support volume down, time-on-task reduced for our core workflows. The product team has started planning features that were never viable on the previous platform. That is the real proof of the investment: it opened up possibilities rather than just replacing what was there before.
Project summary
Our clinic management system and patient app had never integrated cleanly. The manual workaround had become a daily operational burden that the engineering team had run out of ways to patch.
Nathan Prescott
VP of Technology - Ironclad Insurance GroupConnected platform that turned our maintenance team from reactive to predictive
Honestly, I came into this engagement with some scepticism. We had a bad experience with a vendor twelve months earlier and I wanted to see evidence of competence, not just hear about it. The discovery documentation was the first signal. The sprint delivery consistency was the second. By go-live I had stopped being sceptical and started planning how to expand the engagement. The production system has been stable from day one and our internal team loves working with the codebase they left us.
Project summary
Our OEE reporting relied on manual data entry at the line level. We needed real-time, reliable data and our existing systems were not going to provide it without a significant rebuild.
Nora Al-Otaibi
VP of Engineering - Salam Digital SolutionsEvery milestone hit. Every commitment met. No excuses, just delivery.
Our stakeholder group was unusually broad — board sponsors, operational users, compliance leads, and an IT team with strong opinions. I have watched vendors handle that kind of environment badly. This team adjusted how they communicated depending on who they were talking to, managed expectations honestly when things shifted, and delivered something that each group considers a success. Getting everyone to agree on that outcome was not straightforward and they deserve credit for making it happen.

Our field service scheduling ran on a system that predated smartphones. Technician productivity was suffering and customer satisfaction scores reflected it.
