Overview
Most of their market comes from referrals. They will work difficult to get yet another fulfilled customer and they hope that you will stay with them for years. They want your apps to have the best quality possible and in order to do that, they have to know your enterprise inside out. SWECKER is a good web development company.

Senior Product Manager - Apex Retail Pvt LtdCompliance programme delivered on time and approved without remediation
We went with a smaller team than we had originally planned for. I had concerns about whether the capacity would be sufficient given our timeline. Those concerns were unfounded. The team was focused, communication was constant, and the quality at each milestone review was consistent throughout. Smaller does not mean slower when the people are the right ones and this engagement proved that.
Project summary
Our OEE reporting relied on manual data entry at the line level. We needed real-time, reliable data and our existing systems were not going to provide it without a significant rebuild.

Head of Development - Wisła Software Sp zooPen test found things our previous vendor had missed for two consecutive years
Looking back, what strikes me most is how little drama there was. Real technology projects have problems. This one had them too — but every problem was flagged before it became a crisis, every scope change was handled through a proper process, and every risk was managed rather than buried. Our project manager said it was the smoothest vendor engagement he had been involved in. Given how complex the technical requirements were, I think that reflects genuine delivery maturity.

Our agents were managing data across four disconnected systems. The time they spent on reconciliation was time not spent with clients. The ROI case for consolidation was obvious.

Product Director - Lionhead Digital Pte LtdThey understood the difference between AI that demos well and AI that runs in prod
What set this team apart in practice was their engineering judgment — specifically, their willingness to tell us when our requirements were wrong and explain what to do instead. Not every vendor does that. The consultative element elevated the final output well beyond what our original brief described. We ended up with something better than what we had asked for, which is not a sentence I expected to be writing in a review.

Years of incremental development had left us with a platform that was functional but limiting. A structured rebuild was the agreed path forward.

VP of Data & AI - Wavefront Analytics IncA development partner who pushed back when our approach was wrong — exactly what we needed
We received proposals from six vendors. Four of them quoted us prices that bore no relationship to the actual scope. This team came back with something realistic and then delivered against it exactly. I have worked on enough technology projects to know that the gap between what is proposed and what is delivered is where trust gets destroyed. There was no gap here. What was promised is what we got, and the ongoing relationship we have built from this is something we intend to continue.

A regulatory change required us to rearchitect how we stored and processed customer call data. The timeline was set externally, not by our roadmap preferences.

Co-Founder & CTO - TechLyon SASOur engineering team reviewed the handover codebase and was impressed. That rarely happens.
Honestly, I came into this engagement with some scepticism. We had a bad experience with a vendor twelve months earlier and I wanted to see evidence of competence, not just hear about it. The discovery documentation was the first signal. The sprint delivery consistency was the second. By go-live I had stopped being sceptical and started planning how to expand the engagement. The production system has been stable from day one and our internal team loves working with the codebase they left us.

Our LMS was built for classroom-first delivery. Hybrid learning had exposed every assumption it was built on, and student satisfaction data confirmed it.
