Chief Technology Officer - Northumbria FinTech LtdTwo-week release cycles compressed to same-day. Our product team noticed immediately.
Looking back, what strikes me most is how little drama there was. Real technology projects have problems. This one had them too — but every problem was flagged before it became a crisis, every scope change was handled through a proper process, and every risk was managed rather than buried. Our project manager said it was the smoothest vendor engagement he had been involved in. Given how complex the technical requirements were, I think that reflects genuine delivery maturity.
Project summary
Track-and-trace had gone from differentiator to baseline expectation in our client contracts. Our platform had neither and the gap was showing up in tender evaluations.

Product Manager - Colosseum Digital SrlPerformance testing caught a latency issue three weeks before our biggest traffic event
The technical quality is the obvious thing to highlight. The automated test suite is comprehensive, the deployment pipeline is solid, and the documentation is actually useful rather than written to satisfy a checklist. But the metric I keep coming back to is what has NOT happened since go-live. No 2am incident calls. No emergency patches. No post-launch retrospectives about what went wrong. For a system of this complexity, that outcome is exactly what we paid for.
Project summary
Our product thinking was strong. Our execution capacity in this specific domain was limited. We needed deep expertise, not a generalist willing to learn on our time.

Engineering Manager - Kraków Digital Sp zooLegacy-to-cloud-native in a timeline our previous vendor said was impossible
Three months post-launch our key metrics are all moving in the right direction — user adoption ahead of target, support volume down, time-on-task reduced for our core workflows. The product team has started planning features that were never viable on the previous platform. That is the real proof of the investment: it opened up possibilities rather than just replacing what was there before.
Project summary
The project had a board-level visibility date. We needed a partner who would treat the deadline as their own.

Head of Platform Engineering - Harbour Digital BVThe outcome we needed, on the timeline we needed it, by people we would use again
I have been through several technology implementations in my career. The pattern I am used to is: detailed proposal, optimistic timeline, scope creep, overrun, excuses at the end. This engagement broke that pattern at every stage. The timeline was realistic from the start. Changes were managed through process. The final delivery matched what was agreed. Simple, but uncommon.
Project summary
Our internal team was committed to maintenance and could not absorb a new build of this complexity. An external partner was the only way to hit the timeline.

Director of Digital Health - Crestline Health PartnersDeployment frequency tripled. Incident rate halved. Exactly the direction we wanted.

Smart meter rollout generated data volumes our analytics infrastructure could not handle. We needed a platform that scaled without requiring a rebuild every two years.
