Founder & CTO - Apex Digital Media LLCTechnically strong, commercially fair, and genuinely good to work with
The part of this project I had been most worried about was the integration work. Our system landscape is complex, some of the upstream APIs were barely documented, and one of our third-party vendors was notoriously slow to respond. This team documented what the upstream vendors could not, built resilience into the architecture where third-party reliability was uncertain, and delivered integrations that have worked exactly as specified since day one. I genuinely could not have asked for more.

Partner-level reporting required visibility into matter data that our current systems could not provide without significant manual extraction and aggregation.

VP of Product - Brightline EdTech IncISO 27001 certification achieved on the first attempt. The preparation was that thorough.

Our conversion funnel showed exactly where we were losing customers. The platform was the problem and we knew it — we just needed a team experienced enough to fix it properly.

Product Manager - Reef Digital Pty LtdAd spend efficiency improved 40% without reducing reach. The targeting work was the difference.
Looking back, what strikes me most is how little drama there was. Real technology projects have problems. This one had them too — but every problem was flagged before it became a crisis, every scope change was handled through a proper process, and every risk was managed rather than buried. Our project manager said it was the smoothest vendor engagement he had been involved in. Given how complex the technical requirements were, I think that reflects genuine delivery maturity.

B2B customer churn was concentrated in accounts that rated our self-service portal poorly. A redesign was necessary before the next wave of contract renewals.

VP of Technology - NordTech Logistik GmbHCore Web Vitals are green across the board. Our SEO team sent a thank-you note.
We went with a smaller team than we had originally planned for. I had concerns about whether the capacity would be sufficient given our timeline. Those concerns were unfounded. The team was focused, communication was constant, and the quality at each milestone review was consistent throughout. Smaller does not mean slower when the people are the right ones and this engagement proved that.

Post-pandemic recovery meant reactivating a customer base that had lost the habit. We needed a platform that would make rebooking as frictionless as possible.

Senior Product Manager - Apex Retail Pvt LtdPurpose-built platform that made our competitors' off-the-shelf tools look outdated

The business case had been approved but the internal resource to execute it had not materialised. External delivery was the pragmatic solution.
