Overview
They hire the best professionals for their team. Their selection process is very conscientious and they stress that new members of the team become its excellent addition, because these are the people with whom they spend most of their time. They believe that a personal handshake significantly increases the confidence of the people on which all their projects are built. There is no barrier which they can not overcome on their path.

VP of Engineering - Adriatic Tech SrlAccessibility improvements that broadened our audience and satisfied our enterprise clients
We have worked with a few agencies over the years and the comparison is honestly not close. What stood out from the start was that they spent serious time understanding the problem before they proposed anything. Once development started, every sprint review was clean — no hidden surprises, no slipped milestones. The production system has been running for four months without a single critical issue. Our internal developers reviewed the codebase at handover and were genuinely complimentary about the quality. That does not happen often.

Open banking changes required us to rebuild our API layer properly — compliant by design, not patched together. We needed specialist engineers, not generalists.

Co-Founder & CTO - TechLyon SASProposal matched the outcome. That alignment is rarer than vendors acknowledge.
I have been through several technology implementations in my career. The pattern I am used to is: detailed proposal, optimistic timeline, scope creep, overrun, excuses at the end. This engagement broke that pattern at every stage. The timeline was realistic from the start. Changes were managed through process. The final delivery matched what was agreed. Simple, but uncommon.

Years of incremental development had left us with a platform that was functional but limiting. A structured rebuild was the agreed path forward.

Chief Technology Officer - Falcon Digital VenturesAttribution answers we had stopped asking for — now we get them daily
What set this team apart in practice was their engineering judgment — specifically, their willingness to tell us when our requirements were wrong and explain what to do instead. Not every vendor does that. The consultative element elevated the final output well beyond what our original brief described. We ended up with something better than what we had asked for, which is not a sentence I expected to be writing in a review.

Our LMS was built for classroom-first delivery. Hybrid learning had exposed every assumption it was built on, and student satisfaction data confirmed it.

Director of Platform Engineering - Cascadia Digital VenturesOur sales team adopted it in the first week without a single complaint
The part of this project I had been most worried about was the integration work. Our system landscape is complex, some of the upstream APIs were barely documented, and one of our third-party vendors was notoriously slow to respond. This team documented what the upstream vendors could not, built resilience into the architecture where third-party reliability was uncertain, and delivered integrations that have worked exactly as specified since day one. I genuinely could not have asked for more.

Chief Technology Officer - Nordic Cloud ABTechnically strong, commercially fair, and genuinely good to work with
We handed them an aggressive deadline, a complex scope, and a client-side team that was stretched and not always available when they needed us. They handled that gracefully. They were precise about what they needed and when they needed it. Where they could proceed independently they did. The delivery landed on time in spite of the constraints we added. I regard that as strong evidence of genuine professional maturity — not just capability.

A failed engagement the previous year had made us more rigorous about vendor selection. We took the time to find a partner we actually trusted before we committed.
